Learn to Swim: Stroke Clinics - Fall 2025

This stroke clinic is designed for pre-competitive swimmers ages 6-13 who are currently at a swim level of Youth Level 4 or higher. The clinic will focus on stroke technique and fundamentals for all four competitive strokes, as well as dives and turns. You will be asked to indicate a swim level during the CampDoc registration process (see below for more information on CampDoc). Lessons are 30-minutes in length.

Stroke Clinic participants must be in Youth Level 4 or higher. Consult the Swim Level Chart if needed.

All lessons are held at the Swasey Indoor Pool, inside the UNH Field House at 145 Main St., Durham, NH. Additional information is sent to enrolled students/families directly from the Aquatics staff before the session start date.

Refunds are not provided for swim lessons, including for any missed sessions.
